Our coconut milk powder is uniquely crafted without gums, casein, or fillers — just simple, allergen-friendly coconut milk powder that’s organic, kosher, and free from gluten, GMOs, and sulfites.
Coconut milk naturally contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), lauric acid, potassium, and small amounts of minerals like manganese. Research has explored how certain fatty acids found in coconut may support the body’s natural immune and microbial processes (Healthline, 2019). Potassium is also recognized as an essential electrolyte involved in fluid balance and muscle function, and coconut milk contains naturally occurring amounts depending on serving size (Medical News Today, 2017).

Coconut sugar is also naturally vegan, allergen friendly, and free from gluten, GMOs, sulfites, and refined sugars. Published values place its glycemic index around 35 — lower than many conventional table sugars (Saraiva et al., 2023). Himalayan salt is primarily composed of sodium chloride and contains naturally occurring trace minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron (Blumfield et al., 2020). The salt’s characteristic color is generally attributed to naturally occurring iron oxide within the deposits (Healthline, 2023).

Our peppermint essential oil powder comes from pure, steam-distilled oil of the Mentha piperita plant — no flavorings or artificial “mint” additives. Certified organic, kosher, Non-GMO, and free from added sugar, it’s a clean, allergen-friendly essential oil powder without preservatives, colors, or fillers. This process preserves peppermint’s naturally refreshing aroma while also allowing the oils to contribute to the rich body and thickness of our peppermint hot cocoa.
Peppermint’s signature cooling sensation comes from the plant’s menthol, a naturally occurring compound widely studied for how it stimulates cold-sensing receptors and shapes our perception of freshness and soothing coolness (Bautista et al., 2007).
